By using this prescription service, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms as a signed Agreement. In addition, Canadian Pharmacies may terminate your prescription service at anytime for any reason, at their sole discretion, and with or without notice.

Canadian Pharmacies acts on your behalf of LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY known as the Customer AGREEMENT to obtain legal prescription drug medications, as prescribed by your physician, through our affiliated Canadian Pharmacies and Canadian physicians. You further agree that Canadian online pharmacy will, at no time, offer you or your representatives in any way medical advice or medical diagnosis. Canadian Pharmacies reserves the right to cancel or deny, at any time, the service. Additionally any Canadian prescription medications mailed across international borders will be subject to the control of Customs. Canadian Pharmacies cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your prescription order, as it is impossible to predict all delays that may occur.

It is the responsibility of the individual to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your prescription medicine from Canadian Pharmacies.
