Remember that it takes at least 10-14 days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID prescription, plus 7 to 10 working days for shipping. The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days to arrive at your door.

New Patient
If you are a new customer ordering online prescription drugs we require specific information from you:
- Completed New Customer Form
- Completed Patient Questionnaire
- A Copy of your prescription(s)
You will have to fax or mail in your signed Customer Agreement Form, along with your Completed Patient Questionnaire, and an original prescription which must be mailed in directly to us or faxed to us from the physician's office. Our registered pharmacist can check the cost of the prescription, or you can search our drug database. Our Physician Review fees are included in our prices.

Existing Patient
If you are an existing patient, and you would like to reorder an existing prescription, or would like to order a new prescription drug, or reorder plus order a new drug that you have not order before we require you to fill out the EXISTING PATIENTS - form and the new prescription must be mailed in directly to us or faxed to us from the physician's office. Our Physician Review fees are included in our prices.
