Remember that it takes at least 10-14 days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID prescription, plus 7 to 10 working days for shipping. The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days to arrive at your door.

New patient

If you are a new customer ordering online prescription drugs we require specific information from you:

1) Signed Customer Agreement Form
2) Completed Patient Questionnaire
3) A Copy of your prescription(s)

You will have to fax or mail in your signed Customer Agreement Form, along with your Completed Patient Questionnaire, and an original prescription which must be mailed in directly to us or faxed to us from the physician's office. Our registered pharmacist can check the cost of the prescription, or you can search our drug database. Our Physician Review fees are included in our prices.

Existing Patient - Order New Prescription

If you are an existing patient, and you would like to order a new prescription drug, that we do not yet have a prescription for we require you to fill out the EXISTING CUSTOMERS - New or Replacement Prescriptions form and the prescription must be mailed in directly to us or faxed to us from the physician's office.

Our Physician Review fees are included in our prices.
